Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 1–2 weeks from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to customs processing.

Where we ship from

Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner's warehouse. All applicable duties and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. If your tracking number has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us at support@framestay.com and we will investigate.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will either resend it or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help.
